    Digital Equipment Corp's Ken Olsen said he had no comment on both
    Wang Laboratories and Prime Computer Inc. getting new presidents
    last week.  "Our profits were greater than both their sales combined,"
    Olsen said.  He added, "There are just too many companies making
    minicomputers," and likened the situation to the number of U.S.
    automobile companies making cars at the turn of the century -- as
    compared to the three today.

	I found the remarks curious and peculiar. The part about "our profits" being "greater than both of their sales combined" struck me as unusually boastful, especially for KO. Also, his remark about "just too many companies making minicomputers". Is Digital included in this group? Or was he refering only to Wang and Prime?

	I thought Wang has sales of roughly 3 billion last year. Surely if we were clear three big ones there'd be no salary freeze. ---Paul
