I would suggest that your PSA had better find out about it and get
back to you pronto.I certainly wouldn't let it slide. After all,it
*is* the PSA's job to know or find out about such things.

| I was given the name of someone in Corp Personnel, Kathleen Angel,
who evidently has some info on this. There was mention of a Dependant
Care Taskforce and Committee who recommended "DECAPS" (I don't know
what this is) as part of a total benefit package. More later when
I find out anything concrete.

| Kathleen Angel told me that it is being considered under the US
Comp and Benefit Committee. It hasn't been approved yet, but if
