    I was just reading note 625 and have noticed that in that and other
    notes tha moderators have handled these HOT items in a professional
    manner in all cases.  Some of the items discussed in this are quite
    provocative and sensitive to a great many employees, myself included.
    Despite the sensitivity of the topics the conferrence continues.
    I was worried when it went off line a few weeks ago but was relieved
    when it came back on line.  
    
    I would like to extend my thanks to the moderators.
