476.0. "Personnel ? about hours" by SSGVAX::STOCKDALE () Fri Feb 26 1988 19:26
I have a question in regard to when a person is considered a
full time employee. What is the policy in Massachusetts that
considers a person a full time employee and is entitled to all the
standard benefits. What amount of hours does a person need to work
to obtain the benefits in the eyes of the state of Massachusetts?
I believe that in DEC it's 30 hours but would that apply to other
companies in Ma. as well?
Thanks for any information. Also is there a State document
that is available that supplies this information. A friend has run
into some disagreement with what is the policy in Ma.
