    Has anyone heard of the "cost cutting" program, supposedly influenced
    by the recent economic blow? It's alledgedly along the lines of
    the cut backs put into place back in '85, which note 48 covers...
    Any info as to the validity of this? My manager has not seen it,
    but thats not saying much, she doesnt see alot of things 8')...
