| This is way out of my field of knowledge, but, based on
_The Internal Guide to Digital Organizations_, 1987-1988
Edition, Document number A-MN_ELENGRS-OM-0 Rev F, 30-JUN-1987,
I find on page 54 something called
Information Delivery and Access Program, managed by Gene
Kusekoski (VRO3-2/B7, 273-3138), with the 3-line description:
This program provides DIS focus for electronic
information delivery and access in the areas of
electronic document processing, electronic
publishing, and test-based reference systems.
Don't hold me responsible if this IDA program is not the
one you're looking for.
