	Mid-State is Sold

MILFORD- Executives from the Digital Equipment Corp. and Polaroid recently 
acquired Mid-State Engineering and Tool of Milford.

John Zanardelli and Ed Coughlin of Polaroid and John Killian of Digital 
assumed ownership of the company from founder and former president Sam Mancuso 
on July 20.

Under the new management team, Killian will be assuming the role of President, 
according to Alan H. Silva, president of ERA Brigadoon Properties Ltd., who 
brokered the sale.
