Found stuck to a sales rep's bulletin board.....
UNSTATED
RULES OF THE GAME AT DEC
1. Don't be controlled by own emotional responses. React to ISSUES,
not personality, not history.
2. Don't appear to be generally frustrated or unhappy about your job.
3. Don't rely on others to manage your career.
4. Don't burn your bridges. Keep numbers of enemies to a minimum.
5. Don't drive issues because of personal involvement or agendas.
6. Don't behave in a way to exclude yourself from the information loop.
7. Don't lose sight of the big picture.
8. Don't be indiscreet.
9. Don't let people/events shut you down.
10. Don't turn down too many offers or refuse to relocate.
11. Don't be late, take long breaks, look tired, drink at lunch,
or operate off speed.
12. Don't always be associated with the same group unless it's the right
group.
13. Don't bring personal issues to work.
14. Don't associate with too many losers.
15. Don't resist change.
16. Don't publicly disagree with, surprise your boss, or go over his/her
head.
17. Don't reject feedback. Listen, analyze, interpret, THEN respond.

Those sound like good rules for succeeding in any organization. I don't

I'm afraid you've lost sight of it. Hope your not taking long breaks,
drinking at lunch etc.
