If I were in this position, I'd start by sending MAIL to friends and contacts that I had in the plants I'd like to transfer into. I'd explain the situation to them and ask if they know of any openings in their facility that I'd be interested in. Going through Personnel is likely to be fruitless. There is a book called "JOBS" that lists openings in various plants/departments. I think it comes out every couple of weeks. You might try looking there. --PSW | |||||
