	This is a quality which may be achieved by various means under
	different circumstances. Specific aspects will be elaborated in 
	some of the succeeding items. It can probably be reduced, however, 
	to a combination of three basis characteristics:

	o Energy, which is expressed in initiative to start things and
  	  aggressivenesss to keep them moving briskly.
	o Resourcefulness or ingenuity, ie the faculty for finding ways
	  to accomplish the desired result.
	o Persistence (tenacity), which is the disposition to persevere
	  in spite of difficulties, discouragement or indifference.

to deliver the goods; go after them and keep after them."

program worked out to support it."

My actions, just went as following, before replying:

Print this_is_my_job.read_it

Stick the paper on my wall.

When everything wich I read in .0, will be practice and perfect, I will be
able to come into this file, and give advice to colleagues who need it.

Till then, I will try to make it better.
