16.0. "Comments for the previous note." by GVASA::CASELLINI () Mon Mar 04 1985 14:31
My first comment to the previous note, should be <NO COMMENT>...
But I have to say, that I also didn't know about Opne Door Policy since
a week ago.
I also know, that another door will really be open for me, if the wrong
person reads this public file.
But now i started telling my opinion, and I will not stop, until I get
stopped.
So, my first question for the previous note is:
Don't we know about ODP, because they don't want us to, or don't we know
about it, because they also dont?

| To me, the second assertion is the right one. Starting from the idea that
something which is not credible for someone can't be discussed, you reach
the reason. If there are really so many managers who don't believe in the
ODP, I start to understand why there are so many people over here who don't
like the way they are working...
And don't worry with your sentiments, see the note on "truth and fired out"

| Good morning!
I have been with DEC for five years now. ODP was explained to
me during my orientation period. In my department we call it
"The Chain of Command". In the time I've been here, I have
seen several co-workers use the ODP...it was successful...
and they are still employed with seemingly no ill feelings.
