Hi, I'm rather out of touch with the 1993 AI tools market. Can I have *your* votes (assuming there *is* still somebody out there) for tools meeting the following criteria: a) Available on PC but scaleable to workstation client/server b) Hybrid Rule/Object/Procedure c) Support in Europe (esp. Germany) d) *Very* user friendly/graphical UI e) Capable of anything from 'Help-Desk' to Configuration Mgmnt/ XCON-type Problems Address/tel nr would be very helpful thanks -pete PS. I know about Nexpert

Pete, ILOG offer a range of products which, collectively, can meet all of your criteria. Unlike ND (Nexpert) they do not try to make one (or two) products do everything; they have a wide range of complementary products. Contact the tel.no. below for details on support in Germany.
