| BAMBI is (not Walt Disney's character) a general purpose intelligent front end
to an MVS batch system. The front end runs on IBM PS/2 using Gresham Computing's
CONNEX software to link PC and mainframe. It was developed to provide British
Airways Speedwing Fares operation with an easy means of driving the fares
updating process on MVS. Written in LPA's Prolog and HCI Toolkit, BAMBI V.2
is being jointly marketed by BA and Gresham Telecomputing plc as a, in principle,
general purpose front end to MVS Batch processes
