This note is x-posted in the IMKA notes. -- A customer (pharmaceutical industry) has branches in the US. That way they heard about 'IMKA' and also about 'Knowledge Advantage' I never heard about 'Knowledge Advantage', but their obvious question is How do 'IMKA' and 'Knowledge Advantage' relate ? Luc, Knowledge Advantage is analogous to Open Advantage, i.e. both are Marketing messages. IMKA is of course a tool whihc could be used to preserve, distribute, and make available for use, a customers Knowldege Asset(s), hence the "Knowledge Advantage".
