This year we are putting together an invitation package to send to customers inviting them to visit our exhibition area at Avignon. If you have any specific customers whom you would like us to send an invitation to, please send me the following information... Customer Name Title Company/University/etc. Address (including country) Phone (optional) Additional comments.... The additional comments are to let us know whether we should just send out the generic invitation and description of our booth, or whether this is a VERY important customer that deserves a little more (and what). We will be arranging some special meetings for selected customers with European and US AI managers and consultants upon request. Please let us know now if you would like to arrange such a meeting so that we can say something about it in the invitation and also start scheduling these meetings. We are expending a lot of time and money putting together a good event at Avignon. Let's take advantage by getting the word to our customers. As always, you can reach me at... Last call.....
I have an invitation package put together plus about 2000 names and
addresses entered into a mailing list for Avignon'91. The package
contains the following...
o cover letter and invitation to schedule private meetings with us
o FAX formatted questionairre that they fill out and FAX for meeting
request
o map w/ location of our booth at avignon
o copy of our catalog insert listing demo descriptions
o about 100 official AVIGNON catalog's for identified clients
So far, I have not received any requests from the field to have one of
these packages sent to their prospects/clients. I will be sending out
the package next week, so if you have anyone that you would like to
receive some individual info, let me know quick!
