    Does anyone know examples of ES/AI/KBS used in 'customer care'
    environments?  I'm thinking here of things like the Call Screening
    Assistant and other applications for use in help desks, or for
    selecting from or administering databases of customers.
    
    One of our consultants (David Jackson) is putting together a portfolio
    of examples as part of a consultancy service we will be offering.
