Patrick McHugh has accepted the position of Product Marketing Manager reporting 
to me and will be starting on January 8, 1990. Pat will be responsible for 
product marketing of Digital developed and third party products and services.

Pat comes from Digital's Management Sciences Group; he has been 2 years with 
Digital and before that 7 years with IBM. He holds a BS in Engineering and an 
MBA.
