SUBJECT: VAX LISP V3.1 Exits Phase 2

The goal of the VAX LISP/VMS V3.1 maintenance release is to provide bug fixes 
to VAX LISP V3.0.  Today, VAX LISP V3.1 exited Phase 2.  The external field 
test will begin on January 2nd.

If you want to participate in the internal field test, please copy 
AITG::LISP$KIT:LISP_T31.COM to your system and execute the command procedure.

Congratulations to everyone who worked to get VAX LISP V3.1 to this milestone.  
Through a collective team effort, this project has met or exceeded all of 
its milestone dates!
