Subj:	ANNOUNCEMENT - PRODUCTIVITY SHELLS AND MARKETING

Our strategy for continuing to make our external AI business a world class
endeavor relies very heavily on the development and marketing of Productivity
Shells.

In order to accelerate the implementation of this strategy, the AITC has
decided to establish a Productivity Shell Program aimed at delivering 4-6
productivity shells to the market during FY90.  The program itself is
expected to exist until the end of this fiscal year, at which time the
efforts will be mainstreamed into the AITG (Engineering) organization.

I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes in conjunction
with this effort.  Effective immediately:

Jack Rahaim will move from his current role as Corporate AI Marketing Manager
to Manager of Productivity Shell and Marketing Programs.  He will be
responsible for leading the effort described above as well as providing
senior management direction and management to the CAIM group.

Themis Papageorge, who has been managing the CAIM strategy and 3rd party
programs, will assume the position of Corporate AI Marketing Manager
reporting to Jack Rahaim.
