A video has been prepared in the States showing the exciting
National Dispatch Router demo (NDR). This KnowledgeCraft system is
used internally by Digital to determine how our deliveries of equipment
to customers should be allocated amongst lorry loads. The problem is
very interesting technically, involving a range of temporal, spatial and
economic constraints, and is also extremely profitable for Digital,
permitting savings of $1M+ per annum (approximately 10% of our distribution
