    This is the result of a survey in the german AI-competency circle.
    The survey was triggered by the january AI-competency circle in
    Valbonne and the question was 
    
    "What do we (the SWAS-Specialists in GY) want from Valbonne ?"
    
    It was not specified, if "Valbonne" was the AI-group in the NSTC,
    the Area Field Support, Engineering groups or other functions.
    The survey offered 100 points to be distributed over 12 topics.
    Additional topics were allowed and two additional topics (12) and
    (14) were suggested. We want to thank Jim Kane explicitely for 
    suggesting this survey.
    
    The result consists of 14 topics weighted with a percent number.
