              COOPERATIVE MARKETING PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT

                    CORPORATE BANKING APPLICATIONS

Digital and The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication
(S.W.I.F.T.) have signed a Cooperative Marketing Program (CMP) Agreement to
jointly market S.W.I.F.T.'s ST400 product line. (The agreement will cover the
United States, four European countries, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Switzerland
and the following countries in GIA (Canada, Hong Kong, Peoples Republic of
China, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Singapore and
Thailand).

The ST400 product line brings the economic and operational benefits of
integrated message processing within reach of every bank. It is ideal
for international banks with traffic spread over communication networks
and payment systems.

The ST400 system provides extensive network traffic management and
message processing functions to automate a bank's current manual
operations. Automated functions provided by the ST400 system include:
message transmission, message reception, message routing, message
re-transmission and re-routing, expansion of coded message fields,
S.W.I.F.T. message authentication and message recall. The ST400 also
includes an investigation function and allows for predetermined
unattended operation, to improve staff productivity.
