Subj:	CHUCK KIEZULAS - LEAVING DIGITAL TO JOIN GENSYM

Chuck has decided to leave Digital in order to pursue an opportunity with 
Gensym.  He is very excited about the opportunity to work with a start-up 
company which will utilize his knowledge of AI and Manufacturing.

During the time that Chuck has been a member of AI Marketing he has played a 
significant role in shaping and developing our 3rd Party strategies and 
programs.

He will leave Digital effective March 17th.

Overall responsibility for managing the 3rd Party Program will be transitioned 
to Themis Papageorge.  Dino Lachiusa will report to Themis and have 
responsibility for 3rd Party planning and implementation efforts.
