Customer has 9 Netware Servers.  One 3.11, Six 3.12 and Two 4.1 Servers.
I'm looking for part numbers for the above. Probably the 4 hour on site
consultation version.

How quickly can I get the data collectors, (need to install them next week and
I read somewhere there's a 17 day lead time!) also, how long does it take for
the analysis of the data and report generation to be performed.  Project needs
to be completed by 4/30/96. 

Also, would like to look at some sample Netware 3x & 4x reports, both the
customer and specialist copies. The SHC web page does not have any pointers to
any.

Customer also has some funky version of netware that's running on a HP 9000
any chance that the data collector will work on it, yes I know, dream on :)

Are we still selling / supporting this product?

DECSALE, MCS does't seem to know anthing about it. SSB can't find part
numbers.

Netware 3x is in TimeTools, but 4x is at Compaq?  NT SMSAT is nowhere to be
found.
