            If you get a call, similar to the one I took this morning,
            where the customer was asking for/suggesting AES changes,
            then you need to do the following;
    
            1 Reply to the customer, along the following lines:
    
    
            Your suggestions for changes to AES/DSN have been received at
    	    the CSC. We thank you for these and would advise you that they will
    	    be forwarded to the developers of the product.
    
            At this time, we cannot guarantee that your suggestions will be
            implemented in any future release, but should there be
            sufficient demand, then specific topics may be included at some
            time in the future.
    
            As the timescales for new releases is outside of the control of
            the CSC, we are unable to provide advance information of new
            releases, other than through established channels.
    
            2. Mail the request to Pete Alvis.
    
            3. Route the call to OPS_ENH queue.
