    The time has come to look at the current "Customer Presentation"
    packages related to "Remote Services".
    
    Paul Hutchings is looking at the RHM presentations.
    
    Brian Adams (Assisted by Brian Anthony & Theo Bartley) is looking
    at the RD/Diagnosis sections.
    
    To those of you who have done such presentations, we ask for your
    comments/suggestions on what is good/bad/needs changing.
