    Everyone will have had a copy of the mail which included the attached
    entry. As most of you will have already noticed we have started
    getting feedback on Telesupport calls. 
    Mike Dickson is working on a project which should give us some form
    of feedback on RDC calls. I will keep you informed of any developments
    in this area that I get to hear about.
    Meanwhile please use replys to this note to let me have your thoughts
    on the Telesupport feedback we are already getting and what we can
    put into a roadshow. We should ge looking for quite a lot of direct
    feedback as well as telling the regions just what we have to offer.

Our relationship with the Field could be improved by better communication 
on both sides.  Ken is to look at ways of getting the Field's feedback 
communicated to us, including possibly reviving the Telesupport survey.  
There is a project underway to put an extra line on LARS specifically for 
feedback; Ken will investigate this.  He is also looking at ways of 
communicating to the Field about us and what we do; a kind of Diagnosis 
Roadshow.
