    	I spoke to Sylvia today, It appears the original information
    we supplied is lost and that the whole process has to be repeated.
    Failure to comply with this request could be followed by more severe

Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to thank those of you who replied to my 
previous mail, copy attached.

Unfortunately the response was not a good one and to enable me to do 
an effective audit I do need everyone's help.

Please, please, please can you complete the attached form and return 
to me (dare I say it) as soon as possible.

If any of you out there have a DecMate which is not being used and 
would like to get shot of it, please let me know.

As I.S. Administrator I am responsible for looking after and tracking 
movement of all capital equipment in Viables, Snamprogetti and 
Wimgrove.

To ensure the correct information is held at all times I would be 
grateful if you would please supply me with all the relevant 
information on the attached form.

Should any additions, removals or option swaps take place would you 
please advise me accordingly, again giving as much information as you 
possibly can.

Please advise me of any equipment you may have that is no longer 
required so that I may arrange for it to be removed.

Without the above information your equipment may not be under contract 
and this may cause you problems should a fault have to be logged.
