        SOME HELP ON PDP 11/84 SYSTEMS & RD.

This article comes from Valbonne (So bear with it on spelling/grammar)

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

	I got the following info from the RDC here in VBO.
	I will send you the BREAK.EXE program and you will copy it to the
	 RSDS$SYSTEM directory, then in rsds$:rsdlogin.com you define the
	BREAK symbol:
	$ break == "$rsds$system:break.exe

		hello every body ,a big news. PDP 11/84 are now onnectable
		I give you some informations about connection with 11/84
		A new very important command has been created : BREAK .
		You send this command at the REM prompt.
		The BREAK command is used to put the cpu in halt and ODT mode.
		ODT on 11/84 is the same than PDP 11/03 (lsi 11 on VAX 11/780)
		You can do an entry with cpu type 11/84 and rd consol type mds01
		You can see also an exemple issue of the first connection on a
		PDP 11/84. all commands send from Valbonne are underligned
		to make example clear.
