    Background:
    
    1. Two HSZ40s each on a shared buss.
    2. DEC UNUX 4.0a
    3. Each HSZ40 has 6 RZ29s attached to a single channel od the HSZ40.
       The RZ29s are configured as a RAID5 set.
    4. Two shared busses between two 4100s.
    
    
    ============
    Customer has a mirrored volume with each HSZ40's raid set as
    plexes within this volume.  Customer removes one plex from active
    volume, updates this volume and then places the updated plex back
    into the active volume.
    
    PROBLEM: plexes never sync up. 
    
    Can LSM handle sync 'ng up two plexes when the volume is ACTIVE?

Could you post the LSM command lines their using to do the above?
Also, the output from volprint would be helpful too.
