Hello,
Our customer received 7 RZ28D-VW disks on KZPSC with his AlphaServer
1000A. After experiencing constant failures on the disks we found that
the internal number for the disks is RZ28D-W, we believe these are
ultra wide disks.
Are these disks supported in the storage enclosure and with KZPSC? We
are experiencing a lot of problems with this disks, they are constantly
failing.

| RZ28D-W is NOT Ultra drive.
2 G Ultra drives are rz1bb-ba and rz1bb-bs.
