	We upgraded one of our AS1000A 4/266 with the V4.8-71 console firmware. When we try to boot, or even
	show device it responds with "waiting for PKA0.7.0.2000.0 to poll". It also reports after POST "unable
	to assign PCI base address    Bus 2, Slot 0, function 0, size 00000300 (16 bit i/o)"

	This is an ISP1020 adapter
