    	Hi !
    	Can someone explain a "strange" Console parameter for the
    	AlphaServer 1000A 5/400.
    
    	There are a few 
    	RESET_BOOT_ARG0 , ARG1 and ARG2
    	BOOT_ARG0 , ARG1 and ARG2
    
    	Looks like they are NOT settable from the Console >>> but they
    	affect OpenVMS Rebooting since the RESET_BOOT_ARG0 is set to
    	-fl 0,1
    	
    	Please explain !
