Is there some authorization necessary to have account MCQUADE use the
appcmvs subsystem?  Ruth is trying to duplicate some problems with
Cindi's test program but she cannot get the fmh-5 accepted by that
subsystem.  The sense code in the fmh-7 (08640001) generated by appcmvs
is not to too informative.

On a hunch I had Ruth use my account (white) and the fmh-5 is accepted.

Is this an authorization problem and if so can her account be so authorized?

	When Ruth runs Cindi's transaction she was tring to allocate an output file with the high-level-qualifier of Cindi's userid, BARBERM. I updated the security rules so that Ruth should be able to allocate the output data set. Please try it again with the MCQUADE userid and let me know if you still have problems. Tricia.
