    Hi,
    
    	I need to test a customer problem reported on SNAPRE V1.3 Retry,
    for LUT1 Printers configured in NOWAIT fashion. When I try to set up
    this configuration on VPS, I receive a NSPE for the init_self request,
    which contains a sense code %x0801. If I change to WAIT configuration
    and post-a-listen, instead of sending the init_self to VPS, then the
    PrE sets up the 1/2 session, and will bind & print when I send a print
    job from VPS.
    
    	I get the same results when I test the PrE V1.2-ECO#10, so it looks
    like VPS is not setup to allow the SLU to activate the session, or it
    isn't supported by VPS.
    
    	Can someone confirm if VPS will support PrE NOWAIT configuration, and
    if not, whether there is an alternate print application that will
    support this setup, so my customer test can be done. Currently, since
    DSPRINT was replaced by VPS, it looks like NOWAIT maynot be supported
    on the LKG system. I did send Windsor mail on this last month, and he
    wasn't able to confirm that VPS will support the SLU sending init_self.
    
    	I would like to try an test this in the next couple weeks.
