The only changes made to what resulted last time ("Sept CD") have to do
with the OPTIONAL Notes CD set, and include the following:

	1. Moved the USER_INTERFACE_NOTES database from CD #7 
	   (NOTES #3) to the new CD #9 (NOTES #5), necessary
	   because the size of NOTES databases has grown to
	   exceed the 4-CD set capacity.

	2. Moved the STORAGE_NOTES database from CD #8 (NOTES #4)
	   to the new CD #9 (NOTES #5).

BACKUP REQUEST FOR CDROM MASTER TAPE

CONTENT:   Worldwide TIMA databases for STARS and TOOLS

SCHEDULE:  March 10, Ship tapes to Diane MacDonald

   Please prepare image backups of all the databases listed below, using
   the directory structures shown.  Once the Master tapes are ready,
   please ship them to Diane MacDonald as they are completed.

   Use our established standard for both the printed labels and volume
   labels -- please use this format for both:

         STRSddmmm971
	 STRSddmmm972
	 STRSddmmm973 ...

   using the same date (e.g., 06MAR97) on all tapes, followed by the
   sequential number for that CD/tape.  As before, it is okay if the
   CD #5-9 ("Notes Databases CDs") have a different date on their
   labels because they get created later.

   Databases listed beneath each [STARS] directory below will be found
   on USTIMA as TIMA$STARS:[directory] and those beneath each [TOOLS]
   directory can be found on USTIMA as TIMA$TOOLS_ABSTRACT:[directory].

   Please create the two root directories, [STARS] and [TOOLS] on every
   CDrom/tape.  (When used in a search list, OpenVMS can sometimes return
   errors when looking for a directory which is not on every member of
   the list.)

   We ask that you do not add any more databases, or omit databases listed
   below, without checking with the us first.  All requests for change
   should come through Laurie Reilly, (with backup being Linda Warren).
