| TOOL NAME: Hammer
TECHNOLOGY: Electrical
FUNCTION: Waveform display and analysis
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Hammer is a waveform display and analysis tool which provides
three main functions:
1. It allows you to view signal waveforms on your terminal and to
plot them on PostScript and LN03 hardcopy devices. You can
also include waveform drawings into VAX DOCUMENT files.
2. It allows you to add timing specs to signal waveforms. The
program can write the values of the timing specifications to a
VAX DOCUMENT include file for further processing.
3. It checks for inconsistencies between new signal waveforms and
known reference waveforms.
