TOOL NAME:                 Data Conversion
TECHNOLOGY:                Electrical
FUNCTION:                  Used to convert data formatted in Digital Layout 
                           Format (DLF), CHAS-specific Caltech Intermediate 
                           Format (CCF), and Calma GDSII stream format.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:       The convert programs convert layout data to formats
                           acceptable to a specific CAD tool.  There are three 
                           converters: 
                           CCFTODLF - Converts layout data formatted in CCF to 
                                      DLF.
                           DLFGDS   - Converts layout data formatted in DLF to 
                                      GDSII stream format.
                           GDSDLF   - Converts layout data formatted in GDSII 
                                      stream format to DLF.
