I just tried to install the FTSO 1.3 kit on DUNIX V4.0B.
setld declined to install it with the following error:

  *            OSFCLINET100: Internet V1.0 or higher            *
  *            are mandatory.                                   *

From setld, I see:
  OSFBASE410           installed  Base System ...
  OSFCLINET410         installed  Basic Networking Services ...

Is there a patch, or newer kit?
