    Can somebody delete the base note 50.0, or somehow refer people to the
    new LOAN process which is detailed in reply .8.
    
    This will direct people to the correct source for Loan PAKS, and save
    them (and me) some time in forwarding mails etc. as I am now out of 
    the Loans area.
