Can I create DCPS generic queues with OMS ? 

If YES , HOW?

    First, the OpenVMS Management Station model is that you create
    printers, and the printers have queues.
    
    When you create a printer with OpenVMS Management Station, you can
    create a generic queue only if your reference printer includes one 
    or more generic queues.  
    
    So, if you already have a printer with a DCPS generic queue, create a
    printer.  Select the existing printer with the DCPS generic queue 
    as your reference printer. 
    
    Click on the Queue tab.  Note that a new DCPS generic queue will be 
    created based on the existing generic queue.
