    		What Alarms Transport For CMIP Entities?
    
    When we setup PhaseV events for the NIS, what is the transport?  Is it
    DECnet?  Is it CMIP? Or what?
    
    We are trying to elminate DECnet from a client's WAN and they have
    existing events for DECnis routers...
