Hello MCC world,
You can find the second edition of the DECmcc newsletter at the
location : TAEC::USER4:[MCC_PUBLIC.INFO].
There are 2 files :
MCC_NEWSLETTER_2.TXT;1 ASCII version
MCC_NEWSLETTER_2.PS;1 Postscript version
TAEC node address is 51.40.
The main information you can read is the announcement of DECmcc running on
OpenVMS on Alpha systems.
This newsletter is sent to all customers we know. If you think your customers
don't received it, thank you to inform DECmcc Product Manager
(Thomas RUEBNER ulysse::RUEBNER DTN:828-6294) giving him their names and
postal addresses. He will send it to them as soon as he receives their
whereabouts.
IMPORTANT POINT : we are looking for field test sites for MCC running on Alpha
systems. If you have a customer interested to become an official field test,
thank you to inform Thomas as soon as possible. You will find the field test
questionnaire at the same location as above (file name : MCC_FTQ.PS).
It is very important for us to find field test sites to improve the quality of
the next MCC version in production environment. The beginning of the field test
should be next august.
