We seem to have a nasty problem with V1.4 notification. After some days all notifications will stop. It is not possible to start or stop the collection_AM (hang). The log files don't have any errors and the only way to resume is to reboot the system. I installed the latest mcc_evc_sink.exe but with no results. Is there somebody who has some hints and tips to solve this ?? Regards, Henk.

Hello Henk, If your customer problem is always here, thank you to log an IPMT case with all information : - OS with version - mcc_evc_sink.exe version - what happended in this system few days before the problem occurs (more notif, more entities, software upgrade, etc...) - log file, - etc,...
