    I hope someone out there can shed some light on a recent DECmcc
    problem.
    
    Recently, no DECnet/OSI network events from the DECnis routers are 
    displaying. The MCC_DNA5_EVL process which manages these events, is
    running and I'm not receiving any intrusions.  So, this process looks 
    okay ... except, the direct I/O stays at 53 ... and the buffered I/O 
    continues to increment.  The direct I/O should increase, I think, if 
    the event made it into the notifications display window.  
    
    The 'break' seems to be on the EVL's output side and the DECmcc 
    display.  Does anyone out there have any suggestions ... Sure would
    appreciate it.
