    I have a customer with MCC V1.4 on a VAX VMS V5.5-2 system and she is
    running the ALARM MANAGER. She selects Polycentre Alarm Manager, form
    the Applications menu on the iconic map and get the message below:
    
    STRBRD> mana/ent/inter=decw
    error opening $1$DKA200:[ISSOFT.LOG]MCC_NOTIFICATION.LOG;509: file
    currently locked by another user
    %DCL-W-ACTIMAGE, error activating image MCC_MTS_PRIV_SHR

    I understand node 6225 states basically states the same problem with
    the FT 1.4 software. Is the problem still there?
