HI,
We have version 1.4 of DECmcc running on a VAX/VMS system. My
system manager is trying to compile the program MCC_EVC_SEND.C. He has
apparently been able to do so in the past, but now he is coming up with
a number of missing include files, such as MCC_CONFIG.H, DA_INCLUDE.H.
Do you know where he can find those files, either on his system or (if
they weren't sent with the latest kit, as he suspects) on another
system from which we can copy them?

MCC$PUBLIC:[MCC_V140_PATCHES.TOOLKIT.EXAMPLES.COLLECTION.FIX02]
