Hi!
Customer was happily running DecMCC BMS V1.3 and had some alarms on a
SNA Domain Gateway V1.1, specifically on entity 'sna services lu *'.
Yesterday we upgraded MCC to V1.4 and we can't see any more this
entity: double click on LU SERVICES box says that this entity has no
children.
From MANA/ENTER I get an error (syntax error if i remember well)
with command:
MCC> show node gw1102 sna lu services lu * all status
No problem with MCC> sho node gw1102 sna lu services all status
From NCL no problem at all, I can see all existing lu's.
Where is this subentity? Did anybody had this problem? Time for IPMT?

I don't *know* , but I assume the sna services are part of an access
module that had been enrolled into 1.3 , are the definitions for sna
still in the V1.4 data dictionary ?, if not maybe they need to be
re-enrolled.
$ manage/toolk
DAP> use class node
DAP> show
I have several SNA* subclasses defined in my dict.
hope this gives a pointer ..
