    I have some alarm questions that need to be answered.
    
    1) Is it documented somewhere on how many rules you can create in
       one domain?
    
    2) When an alarm rule is fired there is a file MCC_ALARMS.DAT that is
       created. There is a point when the above file is deleted. Does
       any one know when it occurs?
    
    3) Last, but not least, is there a pointer to some documentation on
       what all the parameters mean in the RESOURCE.DAT file?
