Hi.
I had encoutered the following error message when starting Iconic Map
windows, therefore, I could not start Iconic map window and notification window.
If I rebooted system after occured this error, this error had not occured
at sometimes, but, most of all case this error occured contiguously at
the time of rebooting.

VMS : Hangul VMS Version 6.1 (Local Language).
Motif : DECwindow Motif Hangul(Local Language) Version 1.3
At first, I thought that reason of error would be Memory Parameters.
I had modified them several times, but results had been same as before.
The below is the memory information of our MCC Station
